These tests should be performed daily every morning before the sealing device is used and should be archived for inspection purposes. These tests are defined in EN-ISO 11607-2 and DIN 58953.

A176 GM176SCS-60; SEAL-CHECK Plasma - 60cm test sheets are produced for pouches with widths of 30 and 60cm.

Both are manufactured in accordance with the standards for the “Sealing Test” according to EN ISO 11607-2 for both rotary head and impulse sealers.

One of these test sheets is suitable for the jaw width of your sealing device. If desired, it can be cut from the “Scissors” symbol sections, but when testing rotary head devices, never cut from outside the marked areas (narrower than 20cm)! If cut to the correct length, the excess portion can be used later.

How to use: Remove the Seal-Check sheet from its package and cut it to fit into a pouches that matches your machine's maximum sealing width.

Place the pouxh into your device as usual. Once the sealing process is complete, any successful or faulty seals will be clearly visible as shown below. In case of a fault, contact the place where you purchased your device for maintenance and ensure that the necessary parts are replaced to restore your device to factory settings.

A successful test result indicates that your device is operating in accordance with the EN ISO 11607-2 standard. The test result below can be documented daily.
